Processing & shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any promotions (such as free shipping thresholds) will be shown in your cart.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Because Romeé is a beverage, we can't accept returns of opened product. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days at hello@romee.comwith your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help before the order has shipped.
